Kari Iverson is a Certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Healer and Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) registered with Yoga Alliance.
She is not a Physician. She does not diagnose or prescribe. For lingering issues / anything that impairs mobility, we recommend working with a Physician as well as Kari.
HELLO MODERN is a safe, solicitation-free space. However you show up in your body, however you identify is a-ok with us. Please know we are always here to guard healthy client boundaries and hold space for your unique journey.

We only offer longer sessions because our office is a no-rush zone and relaxation is deeply powerful to build resilience. Let's face it, getting here is the hardest part!
Our cancellation policy is 24 hours and we hold that spot just for you. Therefore, no refunds within 24 hrs.
Due to the high volume of spam we receive we are unable to answer your voicemail promptly. Texts are much better. Thanks for understanding.
As there is no receptionist, doors may not open until scheduled appointment time. Please text with concerns as no one will be able to answer the door if Kari is with a client. Kindly don't bang on glass. 🙃

All sales are final. Please note that any potential refunds will be issued (1) by request only (2) solely at Kari’s discretion (3) charged a processing fee of 10% that will not be waived for any reason. This fee covers credit card fees and admin time. Extra sessions may easily be gifted (rather than refunded) for 100% credit.
New clients must schedule an intake phone call before their first appointment. We look forward to connecting, and you deserve to feel better!
At this time, Kari does not have any support staff and so she requests that admin requests are kept to a minimum. Energy vampires will be banished to the waiting list…and kept there. 🧛♀️
