Migraines to muscat - part 1

I’m listening to Sophia, a new client, describe her typical day…

“I’m either at my desk or in a meeting from 8am-6pm. Then I have a 45 minute commute. By the time I get home I’m completely exhausted and my neck is killing me. I pop a couple Advil, chase it with a Coke, collapse on the couch, and turn on Bravo.”

Oof! I’ve heard this before and maybe it resonates with you a little bit, too? 🧐

Would you believe that 6 months later Sophia and I were clinking glasses, enjoying a sunny day together, celebrating the start of her high tech micro-vineyard (which specializes in low-alcohol wines)?

Sophia was like many of my clients - She was living a fast-paced life, super busy in her career, and felt like there was never time to make things better. In fact, she rescheduled her first appointment because she couldn’t step away from work! So, I knew she was going to need to see results quickly or she’d never stick with it.

Her main goal was to reduce her constant neck and back pain. Her migraine headaches were becoming more frequent and she was dealing with a constant, dull ache in her lower right hip (due to driving, I suspected!). 🚗

And as she continued to describe her aches & pains I was creating a treatment plan of how to help her feel better, appointment-by-appointment. I was energized, because I’ve helped clients like her many times before.

I want to share more of Sophia’s journey with you because I know she is not alone. You might be resonating with how she felt, dealing with chronic pain yourself, and feeling like there isn’t a way to feel relief. Like you will have to cope with it for-fuck*ng-ever…

But Sophia didn’t.

Read on for part 2 of her journey.
